WOODINVILLE, WA

The 400,000 sf open-air retail and entertainment project is the centerpiece of a rapidly changing bedroom community to Seattle. Building forms and finishes recall the farming heritage of the area. Great attention was placed on human scale and proportion to create a more honest relationship with pedestrians and the Main Street urban core plan. The solution established a sense of place uniquely specific to the context.
