LIVERPOOL DEPARTMENT STORE

GUADALAJARA, MEXICO

Liverpool is the premier department store brand in Mexico. The 175,000 sf design is part of a mixed-use destination that includes work, live and play. The design challenge was to create a unique outward statement to a building type that is normally inwardly focused. An lit glass tower was positioned along the property entry axis, which enhanced its’ front and center location. 

The design won several retail design awards including International Retail Store of the Year for large developments.
