SMOKY HOLLOW

RALEIGH, NC

Smoky Hollow is located on the former baseball stadium site of the Raleigh Capitols. The site has a rich history in railroad use as well as sports. Y. E. Smith completed this work with JDavis Architects as Principal for the retail base and environmental graphic design. The mixed-use project includes 260 apartment units above ground floor retail and entertainment uses.
